Oxytetracycline HCL
Oxytetracycline is a broad spectrum antibiotic and is active not only against Gram – positive and Gram negative organisms, but also against mycoplasmas, rickettsias , clamidias and anaplasmas and it has a good effecacy in the local infections caused by these organisms .
The method of action is the same as for all tetracyclines and is through interference with protein synthesis.
Indications :
broad spectrum antibiotic whitch is used by uterus in : - Acute uterus infection. - Placenta retenition. - After assistend parturition. - in cattel, sheep and goats
Dosage and Administration :
intra - uterine route
