Lincomycin hydrochloride equivalent to lincomycin base (50 mg).

Spectinomycin sulfate equivalent to spectinomycin base (100 mg).

Excipients sufficient for 1 ml.

Pharmacological properties:

Lincospect is a combination drug against a large number of diseases affecting farms that require divided treatment between the two preparations by injection. Lincomycin is a narrow-spectrum antibiotic and belongs to the group of sulfated polysaccharides. Its extract is prepared from the swimming fungus Lincolmensis. Its spectrum is focused on Gram-positive bacteria by inhibiting protein synthesis in the bacterial cell. After administration, it is distributed in all tissues and organic fluids. Part of the drug is partially inactivated in the liver and the rest is excreted by the kidneys. Spectinomycin is a narrow-spectrum antibiotic with a tricyclic structure. Its extract is prepared from the fungus Spectabelis. Its bactericidal effect is mostly due to inhibition and obstruction of the synthesis of polypeptides. A large part of the drug is excreted through the kidneys without suffering any change.
